tanner and Mamie 04/27/2011

We will always remember Tanner in our house and the funny dancing dog. His mom adopted him for NNEDR over 4 years ago and soon after adopted another dog from us, Mamie. They are lovely dogs and we are thrilled to have the update. Thanks Carol!

Hi Shane:  I have attached some pictures I took of Tanner (will send Mamie pictures separately as my e-mail was too large).  Everything is going well. I've had Tanner for a little over 4 years now (where has the time gone?) and Mamie 3-1/2 years. Tanner has some arthritis in his hips, but he takes medicine for that and is doing good.  He's a couch potato and doesn't like being outside unless we're out there. Mamie has gotten chubby, but she's a sweetheart.  She, on the other hand, loves being outside.  We fenced in our back yard for them and she loves to hang out there.  She sits on the top step of the deck and looks out over her kingdom.  I think she'd rather be out there than in the house.
