So many cats... 05/03/2011
So you may have noticed A TON of cats in this "dog rescue" recently. There are a ton, probably millions or more of cats in need in the world and I have a very hard time saying no when it comes to animals. Some have come here under the guise of "barn cats" and they were way to friendly to have in the barn, others were in danger and volunteers took them in. Whatever the reason we have been really, really lucky to have some great volunteers that love cats step up and help out. While I do not really want to get into the cat rescue business they have made it a lot easier to get these cats rescued, vetted, and adopted. So I wanted to say THANK YOU to Mary Lou for transporting and arranging the vetting for the cats and kittens, and to Jessica and Karen for fostering them. If there is anyone out there that has a passion for cats and wants to start a cat rescue... we would throw our full support behind you and do everything we could to support your cause. Her are a couple of kittens that were recently adopted and are loved and adored by their new family. CommentsLeave a Reply | Older Alumni PostsStories and pictures of dogs adopted through NNEDR.
